I was a complete novice when I bought this drone from Urban Drones in Florida. I carefully watched their videos about calibration and flying and read the manual before firing it up. I have had the drone now for 1 year and use it for putting lines over trees for radio antennas. It has worked perfectly every time I have used it. Any poor performance has been a pilot error and not the drone. The construction has been solid and the control panel has been flawless. The only downside was a lithium battery which swoll up on me about 2 months ago, which is the battery failure and not a drone failure.
These other critical ratings here DO NOT match my experience with this drone. It is expensive but worth it.
First impressions are good want to put the camera on the wrench is poor quality strip in the screw heads had to drill it out software could not find it at the Play store to download it from their web page then I have to download the camera software done all that test flight was good
Bought from store.swellpro.com, 1 year worked excellent without any problem. Then got a replacement part from Urban Drone in 3 days, follow up calls from Carlo himself. My learning curve has been a long time as I was never a gamer so many lights crashes but I have this down now. The best customer service ever! I'm saving up for a Spry ( a lot smaller) as I also fly from our sailboat & dingy. Cheers, love my drone.
