Took along time to get them but when they finally came was very pleased at their intact condition from shipping. They were larger than I expected so will have to order frames to hold them. The panels are not too heavy to lift which was important to me as I’m a female in my 70’.

The panels work good and your customer service is attentive and quick to respond to any issue I have had. I had purchased four 170W panels a couple months ago and one came damaged but still functioned Your customer service team issued a partial refund for that one panel, to which I was pleased. Then I wanted to purchase an additional panel to complete my array but the 170W panel is no longer available. So, at the advise of your customer service, I purchased the 180W panel. I'm currently having some issue with compatibility or arrangement of the 180W panel, but your customer service team is professional and attentive to all of my concerns and issues.
